Just a few months after debuting on Billboard’s Hot 100 with “Talking,” the song is giving Ye’s daughter North West another “first,” with the 10-year-old officially directing her first music video.

The clip was uploaded to YouTube on Tuesday (April 30), and Kanye West makes it very clear who was running the show. The project was co-directed by Aus Taylor Post, with production by Medet and cinematography by Karim Belkasemi.

As expected, Miss Westie takes center stage in the new “Talking” visual. She is often accompanied by a group of fellow tweens and even shares some valued screen time with her dad.

“I love it here/ We gonna take over the year for another year/ It’s your bestie, Miss, Miss Westie/ Don’t tryna test me/ It’s gonna get messy/ It’s gonna get messy/ Just, just bless me/ Bless me/ It’s your bestie, Miss, Miss Westie/ Just tryna bless me/ Just bless me, bless me,” North West sings.

North West’s directorial debut marks a significant turn in the creative’s young career. She recently revealed that she is currently working on her debut album entitled “Elementary School Dropout.” The album plays on her father’s 2004 classic, “The College Dropout.”

Ye and ex-wife Kardashian have four children together. West is 10 years old, Saint is eight, Chicago is six, and Psalm is four.
